9 Days Migration Tracker — Mara, Serengeti & Ngorongoro
Follow the herds across the border, wherever they happen to be
- Lodge
- Tented camp
- Luxury
The wildebeest do not respect the Kenya–Tanzania border and neither does this itinerary. We take the herds' likely position for your month and build the route around it — the Mara in the northern season, the Serengeti's western corridor or southern short-grass plains at other times of year.
Trip highlights
- Three nights in the Serengeti, positioned for the herds' seasonal location
- Two nights in the Maasai Mara, including the Mara River crossing points in season
- A full day on the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater
- The Isebania or Namanga border crossing, handled for you
- Lake Manyara's tree-climbing lions and flamingo shallows
